Book Parties

Bring a wrapped copy of a favorite book (used is fine). Do not put your name on it. The book can be anything– fiction, cookbooks, whatever you love– but it must be something you’ve actually read, and that you want to share with someone else. This is not a white elephant party.
At the party, someone starts by choosing a book. They open it. The person who brought it says who they are, and why they brought the book. Then they open the book they’ve chosen, and so on until all the books are opened.
